People from all over the country are expected to fill the streets of Lincoln as a star comes to town.
Former-glamour model Katie Price will be visiting the city to sign copies of her new book, ‘Paradise’. The book signing will take place in WH Smith, and fans will be able to queue up five hours before Jordan actually arrives at 5pm on July 30th.
The event is being built up to be bigger than when the Queen visited Lincoln in 2000, with Lincoln WH Smith store manager telling the Lincolnshire Echo:"It's probably the biggest signing session the city centre has had in many a year, and we are expecting hundreds and hundreds of people. I think it's bigger than the Queen's visit."Discussions are on-going about the amount of security that will be needed in Lincoln on this ‘historic’ day, with security guards being drafted in to protect Price.
The TV celebrity has been most famous for being married to singer Peter Andre and is now married to Alex Reid, whom she wed earlier this year. The mum of three has starred in ITV1’s hit show ‘I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!’ and has been a best-selling author and idol for many women.
Price has always divided opinion in many ways, but fans will be thrilled to see her in Lincoln later this month.
